Last 25 years, I have been seeing several Gastroenterologist in Buffalo & North America. I feel fortunate to find Dr.Gupta, and I am truly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and work. He was able to pinpoint on my ongoing health problem after a visit. I am happy to know Dr. Gupta, and feel Buffalo should be thankful as well.

Dr. Gupta does an extremely thorough EGD. He looks at everything and explains in his report every single one of his observations. He will also take several biopsies so a patient will be confident in knowing the condition of their duodenum, stomach and esophagus. During the follow-up visit, he will explain in layman's terms everything that is important so that the patient will have an good understanding of what he observed. Dr. Gupta has the best bedside manner of any gastroenterologist that I have interacted with. He has always treated me with dignity.

Met with Dr. Gupta with my Mom today. Listened, examined and explained many possibilities to us. Spoke perfect English. Wait time as expected. We both appreciated his knowlwdge and ability to convey information.

Dr. Gupta is nice enough, but does not communicate well. He gives short and unclear answers and does not spend much time listening or explaining his advice for you. You end up leaving his office unsure of what steps are most important to take, and feeling uncertain that he fully understands your situation.

Said he doesn't know why we are there for our follow up visit After waiting 45 mins for him he left the room within 15 mins & would not give my daughter a note for missing school which she has been asking him for 3 months Alway a run around Guess his time is more valuable than ours
