He appeared to have barely skimmed some of the recent tests, if at all. While he appeared to be personable, he was dismissive regarding questions while providing only one solution; a prescription for a medication at twice the dose of what he had prescribed and then had to withdraw because of very deleterious, disabling side effects at half the new prescription he was providing. Overall, It felt like he was rushed, trying to get back on schedule as quickly as possible.
