Incompetent. The Dr. and staff.

I went to the practice in Brooklyn call carecube i was not supposed to meet with her instead with the cardiologist. She is rude and unprofessional to the staff in-front of me. She made me take a pill without explaining to me what it was. Until i had to speak up for myself because of her attitude and how she was talking to me. She explained that it was a blood pressure pill and that she wouldn’t be doing the stress test on that day. I had to come back and staff paired me with another doctor. Who was very nice. After i did the stress test i called care cube and spoke with a front desk person that put me on hold, I wanted to see if the stress test was finalized so they can send it to my PCP. Alonge Oluwatoyin decided to pick up the phone to tell me that I didn’t want to do the stress test with her and that they didn’t give test results to patients. I had to tell her that I wasn’t asking for the test for myself that i wanted them to send it to my PCP and I asked her why was I even talking… to her on the phone when I was talking to someone else. Why would she get on the phone i have no idea and i asked the front desk person that and they had to apologize for her. I normally wouldn’t write something like this but her unprofessionalism didn’t sit right with me. I would never go back to her.
