Dr. Alpesh Jashvant Amin, MD

I have been seeing this doctor for about two years, about evert month or so. More often at first, less now that i am getting better. Having a chronic leukemia you need a doctor you can trust to treat you well for a long time. I have found that here. I wish they had morning appointments, but other than that, has been a very good experience with this office.

If I could give this doctor and his office a review of negative 5 stars I would do so! The staff is extremely incompetent and believes hanging up on patients and cursing at them is the answer to everything. The doctor's wife is also the office manager who does not understand how to speak in a professional manner and explain issues to patients in calming tones. She not only hung up on myself, but also on my husband screaming at us about a billing issue that was the insurance company's fault. She was extremely rude and when I called back to speak to her, she refused to talk to me, I asked the nice receptionist (probably the only smart person in the office) to convey a message to her that I would not be hung up on, and that she really does have poor customer service. The doctor himself and his son (who is also a doctor) have no idea what they are doing. I had to go to another doctor because they diagnosed me incorrectly!!! I would not go to this doctor unless you want to deal with… problems and issues of his deranged office. The worst part is the doctor works with a lot of elderly people who are also upset by this.

I saw this doctor recently in the hospital and in the office. He was clear and concise in his instructions, making everything easy to understand for me. Answered all my questions. Was very nice.
