Dr. Mack is a General Practitioner in the practice of Dentistry. He opened his dental
practice at the Wintonbury Mall in the town of Bloomfield Connecticut in 1981 after
the completion of his degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine
and a General Practice and Hospital Dentistry Residency at
St. Francis Hospital, Hartford CT. He has distinguished himself by becoming
a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry
and being designated Board Eligible by the American Board of General Dentistry.
Dr. Mack has demonstrated increased knowledge in anesthesiology and has been licensed
by the State of Connecticut to perform Conscious Sedation. The State of
Connecticut has chosen Dr. Mack to be an examiner of other dental offices seeking
to obtain a Conscious Sedation Permit. To determine if your dentist is licensed

Dr. Mack is Certified in Conscious Sedation by the
American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. This society has awarded Dr.
Mack a membership in the distinguished "College of Conscious Sedation" in which
he has attained the level of "Master of Conscious Sedation". This is recognition
that Dr. Mack has acquired and demonstrated an "In-depth knowledge" and "proficient
skill" in conscious sedation above that of the average dental practitioner. This
designation is the highest level in conscious sedation certification attainable
as delineated by the American Dental Association and the American Dental Society
of Anesthesiology.
