Has a cold and uncaring manner, does not consult with patients or get input from them before devising a treatment plan, does not follow up or respond to patient questions. She cares about one thing - her stats. Terrible experience with with this doctor and her staff.

Zero care - it felt like a business transaction. Doesn't answer questions, I felt pretty disappointed in the entire experience

Finding Dr. O'Shaughnessy was the best thing that could have happened to us. I will forever be grateful for her expertise and care through our experience with infertility and the joy of the birth of our twin girls through IVF.

All she is worried about is the money. Time to switch doctors. Don't trust them.

My husband and I had a wonder experience with Dr. O'Shaughnessy and her staff. From diagnosis, to treatment, and now with baby on the way. It wasn't always easy, but through the support, both educational and emotional, we made it through. Other practices you may be seen as just a number, but with Dr. O'Shaughnessy, you get wonderful, personalized care.

Dr. O'Shaughnessy saw me through my third IVF which was positive after two previous failed ones. She is very knowledgeable on infertility matters. She is professional and friendly. Her office staff are warm and receptive. Certainly recommend this team.

Dr. O'Shaughnessy and her staff are giving me my twins soon! IVF worked on the first try! I found her to be so sweet, but extremely smart and thorough. She didn't waste any time with nonsense. Also, i love the office staff. Everyone was so helpful. This was a difficult time for me and my husband but the staff were so encouraging and optimistic. We are returning in a couple years to have another child!

Dr. O'shaughnessy did two IUI and one IVF for me. We made it with just one cycle of IVF. Now my baby girl is two weeks old. I highly recommend Dr. O'shaughnessy. She is professional, friendly, experienced, and prompt (especially in replying emails).
