They take forever to see you..my son had an appointment @ 8:30 and it took them two hours for him to get his bloodwork done

poor staff very rude y waiting time the worst i ever see and any doctor practice.

Half of the doctor's staff does not speak English. I am all in favor of reaching out to members of other communities who may not know English, but as the son of immigrant parents I would hope that the staff is competent in English too.The staff also took forever to get pertinent medical records over to other offices or to get my referrals to my specialists.The doctor cares, but is just overwhelmed with the number of patients and this causes inexcusable delays. He needs to be better organized. I didn't feel I was getting a good experience, but rather rushed care at a clinic in some remote third world country. Don't go to him until he gets more staff and hires another doctor in his practice.
