Dr. Alvin R Smith, MD

Dr. Smith is a good doctor, but because of the continuous rudeness and unprofessional conduct of his staff I will never go there again. The woman who answers the phones and make appointments has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in any community health service setting. She is confrontational, smug, and inept when dealing with patients. She never follows up with information and constantly complains about internet problems as reason of inability to provide or produce conducive information to assist the patient. Dr. Smith would do well by holding his staff accountable for providing a friendly, approachable atmosphere towards patients and potential clients. I’m sure I’m not the first to point this out but unfortunately I cannot support a business which devalues the very individuals who attempt to support it.
