Dr. Alvin Derrick Weatherford

Two of my children needed check-ups for school. We used to go to Bradley Dental since we have Medicaid, but hated it there. They both had numerous cavities and one needs corrective work in the future. The staff is very friendly. The doctor is friendly as well. He always make corny jokes with the kids. There has been times when my daughter complained of discomfort during treatment but was dismissed. Eventually, he would give her more numbing meds. On one visit we had to see a female dentist who was filling in for him. I don’t remember her name but she was awesome. However, I think she practices out of town. Dr. Weatherford is better than most dentists I have encountered. He was one of the few that accepted the medical card but now he doesn’t anymore for new patients.

Horribly unprofessional and rude. They are only motivated by the money and not patient needs. Will try and charge you unneeded procedures to make a profit. His office staff Margie was also very rude and overheard talking about patients.
