Dr. Aly Mohamed Fathy Naguib, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Aly Naguib for many years now. I can honestly say he is a very caring, compassionate person and a very competent doctor. He takes his time with his patients and listens to what they have to say no matter how trivial. He is an asset to Harford County and the medical community.

I have been a patient of Dr. Najuib's for approximately 6 years (long before he acquired NP's and CRNPs). Now whenever a problem arises and I need to see him, his staff tries to get me to see his associates. I have dealt with one once before and was not very pleased with her at all. She did not inform me of my lab results which indicated I had a life-threatening disease and had to literally get to the drugstore to get prescription filled before it closed. The pharmacy closes at 6pm and she did not call me until 5:30pm. Called office to see Dr. Najuib for another problem that has arisen and was informed I could not see him for 3 weeks and would have to see one of the other NP's. Needless to say, will be looking for another doctor. Hate to do it as I like him very much, but cannot tolerate his NP"s or CRNP's.

I love Dr. Naguib and Karen McFall Glover. They listen to your needs, are sympathetic to your feelings and spend the time with you to answer questions. I never feel like they need to rush with me because they have another patient waiting to be treated. The staff is top notch and very friendly.

You'll likely see a PA. They're good though. Watch for LeeAnn, power trip city. Ughh.

Dr. Naguib has been my physician for over six years now. I can talk to him about anything and he takes the time to listen and address my concerns. I feel totally at ease with him and his staff and now I will be taken care of. A rare find these days.

I have had great experiences with the Dr. & his helpful staff. Questions and needs are addressed immediately. Positive, encouraging atmosphere. Staff listens and performs patient education in a timely and appropriate manner. I highly recommend.

This is one of the best doctors I have seen. I have been chronically ill and have a wide range of issues and they don't seem to overwhelm him. He never seems too busy for me and always seems happy to see me. I am not sure if that is true or but if it is not, more doctors could learn a thing or two from his demeanor. If he is not sure what the problem is, he is honest about it and has no problem collaborating with other doctors to figure it out. I changed doctors 2 years ago; one of best medical decisions I've ever made.

Don't ever call up and talk to his staff. They cannot handle the pressure of someone being upset over their parent. In turn the doctor himself does not find out what the problem is and then sends a letter to patient canceling his service with them. He drops you without finding out what happened first.
