From the moment I arrive to the office, everyone is so friendly. They take all the necessary steps to check on my insurance and help me make the most of my plan. I needed some dental work and they were able to get me a payment plan that worked in my budget. The work itself was great - painless and high quality. Aly Sergie grounded my teeth down. After this horrible experience I wasn’t able to chew any solid food for 2 years. I was living with excruciating pain and had severe muscle spasms, because this dentist had caused so much damage to my teeth and my bite. My jaw will never be the same and it is very expensive to fix what he had done. Not only is he a horrible dentist, he is also a terrible heartless person. After this costly and life changing “grinding procedure” he refused to give a refund, so I could cover a tiny portion to fix the damage he had caused. He responded “ Would you you ask for a refund if you had a bad vacation?” . Unfortunately it was not a bad vacation. I was leaving with a horrible pain for years because of this dentist. I am still not completely comfortable and trying to have my teeth and jaw fixed, and hoping that I will be able to chew, speak... without pain one day, just like before. DO NOT let any dentist grind your teeth.
