Alycia Davidson, MSN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner with the UP Health System - Marquette Heart and Vascular Center. A Chicago native, Alycia moved to Marquette to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Michigan University and began working immediately as a registered nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at UPHS - Marquette. After eight years in that position, Alycia pursued her Master of Science in Nursing from Concordia University - Wisconsin, and went on to spend three years at VA Iron Mountain Health Care, where she worked as a provider in the Community Living Center, and ran the Palliative Care & Dementia clinics.""I'm grateful to be practicing at UP Health System - Marquette-the place where I 'grew up' as a nurse. Returning as a nurse practitioner feels like coming home.
