Dr Gillego performed my mastectomy and I am so pleased with her skills and bedside manner. The surgery was done flawlessly, and her patient and caring manner helped me through it . She made a point of learning my children's names and always asks about them. I highly recommend her!!

I recently had an occasion to see Dr. Gillego related to a possibly serious condition. She was very understanding and supportive, and arranged for my surgery very quickly. Dr. Gillego was very kind to my family and kept them apprised of my condition and the results of my procedure. She followed up with me, through phone calls and at my follow-up visit. I had a very good outcome, and Dr. Gillego kept me updated regarding my test results. Throughout the entire ordeal I felt confident that I was in good hands and that I was receiving the best care possible. I have already recommended her to a friend.

She performed the surgery flawlessly, she is a true professional, a real doctor who treats you with the care you'd expect from a doctor when you need a mastectomy. Apart from being warm and personable, Dr. Gillego is highly skilled. I was completely happy with my surgical biopsy, which, happily, was negative. There is little scarring. Her caring manner is deeply comforting. I truly believe I could not be in better hands.

I had one of the best dr experiences I've ever had with Dr. Gillego. She's thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgable, as well as one of the kindest doctors I've seen. Her empathy and kindness during my appointment really blew me away. Too often, especially in New York, doctors rush you out and don't take the time to really listen to your questions, and Dr. Gillego was the complete opposite of that. She took her time and really listened, and gave me thoughtful and careful answers.
