Alyssa Lebel, MD

I though she was great, clearly at the top of her field. She knew her stuff. She did not rush. She took all the time needed to evaluate, diagnose, and explain the issues and develop an effective treatment plan. Over my years as a parent, I've encountered many top-notch medical specialists both at Boston area hospitals and elsewhere. Dr. Lebel is a 10/10.

I am in full agreement with the negative reviews. My childhas struggled with chronic pain for years and has found no relief. Dr. Lebel was fine initially, but when treatment didn't work and my child tired of the same suggestions that weren't working, she let loose a tirade that was demeaning and unprofessional, and was emotionally damaging. there was no effort to adjust or adapt when treatment was ineffective~her only course was to stop working with my child.

Dr. Lebel is a compassionate and bright doctor who provided the best care and treatment options to me when I was her patient for 5 years. Her personal drive to assist me in managing my pain and health made all the difference. I had a very postitive experience and would strongly recommend her to work with any pediatric patient with chronic pain or neurological issues.

was great at inital appointment, then forget it, especially if you don't fit into oneof her studies or quesiotn hr. Can be extremely condescending and will never look at you again

Not accessible. Discontinues seeing a patient in chronic when she refuses do do anything about the pain but wait 6 months. Very condescending and upon review of appointment she is rude and inconsiderate also. Does not listen to the child in pain, makes empty promises, "I'll help you fight through this.", have tried for a year to make it work. Don't waste your time.
