Saw Dr. Nash for a few years but will not be returning after her or her office lied to billing in order to charge me for a regular office visit when I went in for a preventative visit. They told billing that we discussed topics we didn't discuss and that we renewed a prescription for a medicine that I literally stopped taking. Audio record your visits or end up with extra charges.

I like Dr. Nash, she is very nice, competent, and she listens. She doesn't just prescribe medications because you want them, she makes sure you see the correct doctor for your problem and has them prescribe. She keeps you in check when it's time for the yearly flu shot, mammogram, etc. Overall, compared to my other MDs, I'd give her a high 5!

Ok doctor. When you can get in to see her. Office is horrible. No follow up from any of the medical staff

Dr. Nash herself is wonderful, when you can get in to see her. Her office staff is rude, impatient and incompetent. Her billing office is even worse. My co-pay has been charged three different ways this year and insurance hasn't changed.

For me she's the perfect combination of sympathetic listening and telling me what's important and needs to be done, and following through.

Possibly her MA left because the Doctor and the other staff are incompetent. Dr. Nassh will talk over you and never follows up on what she says she's going to do. I write her on MHC and its always her lousy new MA that reports back.

Took time to get to know me and my health background. Requested several tests which my former Dr had never done which some revealed some problems that Dr Nash is now taking care of. She has always responded within 2 days when I have sent her a message through the UC Health database.
