Summary
Throughout life we face challenges that can make us question who we are as a person or doubt our capabilities. These challenges can greatly effect how we see ourselves and in turn effect how we treat ourselves and allow others to treat us. It can feel defeating when we don't feel our best, I'm here to help you work through the situations that may have made you question who you are and what you can do.
In 2020 I graduated from Adams State University with Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been working with clients for close to 4 years now. I work at a Community Mental Health Center as well as working with individual clients. I primarily work with clients who have anxiety, trauma, and struggle with day to day life transitions.
My main speciality is working with women who are wanting to build their self confidence. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to work through our thoughts that may get in the way of us seeing our true potential. Learning the way you think …and why you think that way can help you feel empowered and heal from past situations that may have made you doubt who you are. Together we can work through the doubts you have and grow as a team so that you feel confident enough to fly on your own.
