Dr. Amad Mahmoud Zineldine, MD

Waited three months to see him. Two days before appointment, his office called and said he would now only take phone appointments due to COVID resurgence. Day of appointment, waited one hour after appointment time, still no phone visit. Called his office, transferred three times, held over 15 minutes, to be told he would still be calling. Still waiting and starting to wonder if he actually exists.

I took my mother to him and he was very personable and took great care of her. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Zineldine has an arrogant and condescending mannor and tries to give the impression that he is infallible. He ordered standard tests and turned to others for the interpretation of those tests. The doctor who gave the interpretation ordered more specialized testing and, in the end, made the final treatment recommendations in my chart. Following the treatment, performed by others, Dr. Zineldine took full credit and announced to me, "I saved your life!" Consequently, I have no confidence in his diagnostic nor treatment skills. Subsequently, I chose to see the cardiologist who actually made the diagnosis and documented the treatment in my chart.
