Summary
I was born in the Philippines, and completed my medical training in one of the oldest Catholic universities in Manila. I migrated to the U.S. in 1991, and completed my internal medicine internship in New York and residency in Loma Linda, California. I did my chief residency at Riverside Medical Center, where I furthered my training in cardiac stress testing, additional oncology, and ICU experience. I am married to a wonderful pediatrician who also works at Kaiser Permanente. We are blessed with two musically talented sons who are interested in becoming physicians as well. I get a kick out of interacting with people, and particularly enjoy caring for elders and helping them with the medical challenge of getting old.
