Dr. Amal Omar Madani, PhD

Shame on this lady , I will not call her a Dr because she is totally unprofessional and abusive, to diagnosed me personality disorder, I studied Nursing, this lady sitting down putting allegations on someone because she got pay from the father of my child, she’s corrupts I will come back to her with my results, where she found that I am personality disorder. Shame on her she works for the money she got pay off the book not a fair job.

The court ruled that Dr. Madani acted with bias and failed to remain neutral. She sided with the Mother, ignored the Father’s repeated requests to verify allegations, and dismissed his evidence and witnesses. She communicated inappropriately with the children, including responding to emails the Mother had written while pretending to be them. She pushed a lengthy and costly emergency evaluation based on claims the court later found to be false. The judge determined her recommendations against the Father were unreliable and misleading, and ultimately awarded the Father sole custody. Her actions harmed the children, damaged family relationships, and wasted significant resources. Families deserve evaluators who are fair, professional, and accountable — qualities she did not demonstrate.

I found Dr. Madani to be very insightful and thoughtful in her approach, and certainly not biased. She was able to examine both sides of a complicated history, which is not always the case in a difficult profession.

This "Dr." is profoundly apathetic in her approach. I found her to be racially biased and patriarchal, using culture as an excuse for abusive behavior. If it is at all possible for you to not work with her, I would advise you do not and spare yourself any potential frustration and suffering.

She is totally unprofessional and abusive. She sided with a drug addicted mother who was beating her child and leaving them with random criminal boyfriends who carried illegal guns as reported by the child. She seems to hate men and believes biological mothers should always keep children no matter the risk to the child. Oh yea child was later put in foster care years later, mother also forced in rehab YEARS later. The damage she's done in our son's life is irreversible. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Verbally abusive, biased, and rude. Berated me for arriving “late” to an appointment (I didn’t because she had changed the time, I had it on voicemail) Among other issues. This was about 11 years ago during custody dispute psych evaluation for both parties. The other party ended up completely going off the rails (Drugs, alcohol etc)and lost visitation privileges. Happen to come upon this page, and decided to warn others. AVOID!!!!

The insights I gained from Amal Madani gave me clarity and tools to take away and use after I left. They have proven so valuable to me.

The worst doctor I've ever seen. Unprofessional, rude, indifferent, have no idea what she is doing or whom she is treating and from. Seem like she needs psychologist herself.
