DR Amalie Eid is very professional, she really listens , explains. , she cares about every detail , she performed my Colonoscopy procedure, Dr. Eid and the staff were excellent in preparing me for the procedure, the follow through and detailing the results . The entire experience was so comfortable, I had no pain at all, she was wonderful, Thank you Dr Eid

Dr. Eid has been treating me for several years with great success., she listens , explains, she cares about every detail , she is very nice , very professional, Any time you call her office with a question you get a prompt answer from a nurse, or call back answer from Dr. Eid , I believe that she is the top. Dr.Eid is just wonderful. I feel that she has the knowledge about all things when it comes go digestive/stomach issues. Dr.Eid cares about her patients and really wants them to get better. We have been to several doctors in Jacksonville and never was truly helped. Now my daughter is finally is in remission and feels great after 7 years of the run around. This is all because of Dr.Eid and her wonderful care and always available.

Dr. Eid is very nice and compassionate. She had me go through a battery of many testst, however to find out results I couldn't get in to see her for 6 months. One week before appointment, it was canceled to be rescheduled at yet a later date. In the meantime, I developed antiboties to the meds that I was taking and developed drug induced AR and Lupus, my blood levels were low, I was anemic and you must be referred by your doctor to have these problems taken care of and I couldn't get in to see her, her only response (through her assistants) was to keep taking the medicine. Thank goodness I had Borland Groover to fall back on. Never have I felt so much like a number

Dr.Eid showed me compassion and really cares for her patients and tries to help them best she can. She is fantastic!

Although there is a long history of colon cancer in my family, Dr. Eid told me insurance would not pay for a colonoscopy unless there were at least two relatives who had it before age 60. This was AFTER being charged for the "consultation" visit. I was assured by my insurance carrier in no uncertain terms that Dr. Eid clearly was not versed in MY policy which allows this screening every TWO years given my history regardless of relatives' ages. I'm thinking she wants me to be like my aunt who at 64 finally was scheduled for a colonoscopy, but they discovered it couldn't even be done due to her colon cancer being so advanced. It had even spread to her aorta. She was only 6 years older than me. I guess Dr. Eid is happy just collecting consultation fees and allowing the real work being done by others.
