Dr. Berg is professional, respectful, truly cares, and considers patient’s needs as #1. This was my experience. She listened and it was a wonderful experience to see a doctor and feel comfortable and to feel trust. Highly recommend!

Dr. Berg and her P.A. Jeff are great medical professionals. They are caring and compassionate. They take to to really listen to you and provide you with options in your care. I like that they are not so quick to just write a Rx and sent you on your way. They deal with the whole person and offer natural solutions, such as dietary changes and supplementation.

Dr. Berg gets praise from some people but I'm not one of them. My experience dealing with Dr. Berg's office fell short of even my low expectations as a new patient. The office staff, I've come to believe, actively lied to me that they were communicating my requests to Dr. Berg -- requests, mind you, that were reasonable and had to do with maintenance medications that I needed refilled because I was nearly out. Not only did I never get the refills I needed, but not one person called to follow up even after repeated messages to the office. I can't say anything about Dr. Berg's skill as a physician but her staff is a disaster that you would do well to avoid like the plague.

My last two visits and assists for ordered tests was full of incomplete office procedures repeatedly Excuses and no health orders done.

We've been waiting for almost a month just to set an appointment because they said we have Florida Blue so we have to wait. I've never had service this bad before.
