Dr. Amanda Maria Cotter, MD

I was high risk since my first pregnancy and my oldest daughter had brain damage. That was in my country and they didnt do was it was supposed to do because i had preeclampsia then that happen to her... 9 years later I got pregnant 2009 which is 7 years ago. The. I met Dr. Cotter and she sat down and told me tell me everything what happened with your oldest daughter . That's why she didn't take a chance and she let me in the hospital admitted for almost 3 month and she wait to delivered my baby thru c-section when I was 34 weeks which it was on December 21 2009 even tho insurance didn't want to pay while I was at the hosp, she said I dont care but you are not going home.. Then since she was too early my daughter had to go to ICU for a while and she requires to be on ventilator but, thanks God shes fine. But Dr. Cotter do not play she is a really good doctor.Thank you Dr. Amanda Cotter

Exceptional care

Dr. Cotter is a great doctor. Help me when other doctor did not know what to do with my condition. She was always there for me. My kids are now growing up healthy.

Since the first time I had an ultrasound with this dr I knew she was the one. Bedside manners, memory of patients name and situations , intelligence level surpasses any obgyn I had ever met... altogether incredible woman, and because of her I delivered my baby boy healthy in 2010., shame she is no longer with the Univeristy of Miami, she will be truly missed... best of luck to you Dr. Cotter wherever you are :) you are a blessing!
