I have been a nurse for 24 years, so I am not the easiest person to please in a doctors office. My son was diagnoses with ADHD, which in itself isnt a hard thing to treat, but when you add cardiac problems it becomes pretty tricky. I was at my wits end. My son of coarse had to be taken off the medication while they did a cardiac work up. After the cardiac work up it was decided my son could only handle a low dose of stimulents, leaving managing his disability very difficult. I cannot begin to explain hoe dedicated Dr Draper and her staff were to my son. Dr Draper never gave up on finding an answer to help my son with his condition. In fact my son's school was to the point of harrasing me about putting him on medication or keeping him at home.(nice, huh!) At times I felt so defeated and sad because I felt like there were no answers. But Dr Draper never gave up and ALWAYS had encouraging words for my son and I. Not only did she do her job she went way beyond her job by being a advocate… for my son by sending letters for me and standing up for what she believed was unfair treatment of my son in the public school system. Thanks to Dr Draper my son in now in a private school system and fuctioning like his classmates with a 93% average. I rate Dr Draper A+++ You cant get any better. She is very through and has a great bed side manner. She takes her time and answers questions until you are satisfied.
