The initial session will involve a comprehensive exploration of your background, goals, struggles and strengths in order to work towards developing a goal plan to guide therapy. From here, therapy becomes as structured or as casual as the client needs it to be. Amanda utilizes her professional experience from her work in juvenile justice, hospice and bereavement, crisis residential and intensive behavioral health services (IBHS) and her personal experiences in guardianship and acting in a caregiver role for family members, to guide her practice and support her clients in obtaining their goals and reclaiming control of their lives.
