Dr. Amanda S Pears Hartwell, DO

Her bedside manner and communication skills are terrible. I have never had an experience like this. When I asked her a question about my condition, she would look at me, with a dead pan stare. And I agree with the previous commentator, who described her as very confrontational. Just awful.

We found Amanda Hartwell, DO to be very rude and confrontational. The only time she acknowledged our 7 yr old daughter during our encounter was to ask if she still felt pain while suturing her laceration. There are additional things i would like to mention, however, at this time we are not sure if we are going to pursue other actions.

Did not even acknowledge my almost 4 year old ( patient) through the whole appointment. Horrible bedside manner, and I am really not a picky person. Chose the wrong profession to be in...very disappointed with her.
