Years ago I would have given them 5 stars. But these past 2 years (especially the last 6 to 8 months) they have become the worst psychiatric office we have ever been to. They do not answer their phones, any message left is not returned, if the do they blame the patient for their supposed staffing shortages. If you get a live person (very rare) they do not pass on messages, or if they do they do not document information correctly. Nurse Practicers/Physician Assistants are inexperienced & have no experience in prescribing medications correctly (dosing, ages, etc.). In addition, after your appointments, they either fail to document or incorrectly document the medical record about what was discussed or prescribed. Leading to on-call doctors accusing you of lying. They do not follow up with the patients on new medications. If a patient calls to report serious health complications/issues, they ignore the patient (that or they never receive the messages). If they do call back they falsify the… medical record to denote they followed up when they never left a message or left a message with no number to call back to (called from a private number). The only time they call back is to collect money. They do not care about the health of the patient. The office staff is rude, condescending, arrogant, patronizing bullies that lie & harass their patients & their families. I repeat - They prescribe incorrect dosing, do not follow up on newly prescribed medications & do not return calls even when you have issues with new meds. If you value your mental health & don't want to end up in a psych ward NEVER come here! Side Note - They just started recording their phone calls for 'quality assurance'. Obviously, we are not the only patients who are ignored and neglected on purpose.
