Dr. Amanda Lee Horton, MD

I have no idea how she graduated medical school. I understand that I was there for a routine well check visit but she barely spent any time with me. She asked very few questions and did not explicitly state what she was doing during the visit. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I felt like I didn’t matter. When you only see a doctor every few years you want them to be thorough, this was an absolute joke. A waste of time and a waste of money.

Appt was scheduled wrong by 15 minutes. I made the appt at 11:30am and I showed up early at 11:25am. Front desk said they marked me as a no show bc supposedly my appt was at 11:15am. I explained that I scheduled the appt for 11:30am and she said she was going to check if Dr. Amanda Horton would still see me. The doctor who had total control of the situation and should have technically still be at my appt (considering they time 30 minutes per patient) refused to see me. I explained I had to take hrs off work and also had to pay someone to watch my kid to make it to the appt and she didn’t even bother to make an exception. That said, it says a lot that a Doctor wouldn’t agree to see me and opted to add an additional 20 minutes to her lunch break.
