I became an advanced practice provider because I enjoy helping others help themselves. I believe everyone has the capacity to be successful, they just need the right tools. It is rewarding to teach people how to use the tools and watch them improve their lives. With patient care, I use a person-centered approach to care. I look at the person holistically (biological, psychological, social, spiritual) and use their strengths and beliefs to drive the path. Every person is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. I like to become an ally to help people figure out what is best for them.
