Every day with Curated Medical was like a kick in the crotch. The only time In my life I have ever seen such willful, flagrant incompetence was when a business was an actual front for something shady. I have no idea what these idiots are up to, but offering quality health care and insurance support sure isn’t two of them. I sent an email to the team at the behest of my treating doctor, who has since left, to point out gaping flaws in my care. I was “let go” as patient 48 hours later in retaliation. My doctor asked me to point out lack of masking by the staff, the front buzzer never working, and support staff's inability to do the simplest things. There are a million better psych practices in New York. Any of them, and I can’t stress this enough, would be better than Curated. I have every intention of reporting them to the AMA and any other agency that oversees health care in New York State. Stay away. You deserve better. Oh, and the glowing reviews for them are probably from… friends and family. There is no way anyone loves this place. I encourage Google to verify these reviews. There is is no way they are real. In fact, a series of five star bot-sounding reviews mysteriously flurried in immediately after I posted this review, increasing Curated’s overall score.I have the screen grabs. Sketchy and pathetic. They’re not fooling anyone.

Short story. Dr. Itzkoff's treatments literally saved my life. Period. Neither she nor her staff could be more professional.

Dr. Itzkoff and her facility are liars and money hungry. I cancelled an appointment 8 days prior to the visit (well in advance of the required 48 hour cancellation policy. She has kept my $350 rather than credit my cc back. I disputed the claim and she (or her person, Laurie) lied and said I did not cancel the appointment in time (I have documentation proving otherwise). Never use a person who is dishonest and unethical. I’m sure there are many psychiatrists out there who would proceed in a professional and ethical manner, Dr. Itzkoff not being one of them.

Her irresponsible prescribing caused me akithisia and metabolic damage. I also will be filing suit against her dangerous practice.

This irresponsible doc caused me Akithesia and insomnia and claimed she never heard of Akthesia. We have filed suit against her and the pharma company harming the public.

Patient. incredibly detail oriented. diagnosed me bipolar 2 disoder when multiple other psychiatrists did not. Available to me in urgent situations. Helped stop self medicating and get well.

Spent very little time at first appointment and then I only ever saw an assistant. Charged a full session cancellation fee when I was 15 min late, but I was kept waiting for an avg of 30 mins for appointments and once no one showed at all. This mental health provider treated me and my time as inconsequential and literally forgot about me once and wanted to charge me for the visit that only I showed up for? Frankly Dangerous - I’m only happy I was at least well enough to understand that I was being mistreated and find other options. Please..,You and your health and your time and your life are valuable. Do not risk them with this practice.

Hardly saw her. Maybe 5 mins and then was turned back over to assistants
