Dr. Amanda Joy Hallberg, MD

Despite staying with her for years due to divorce, she has bothered us for years. Terrible bedside manner. No smiles. Interrupts. Shuts you down. Says a lot of confusing words. Does not give context well and connect dots for you. I have anxiety when I go in about just the basics….being heard and feeling seen. She is not a good listener and her wisdom has rarely aligned. Her solution to our daughter’s chronic cough was simply an in office respiratory test and a forever inhaler. NOT medicine. Not creative. Not helpful. My ex and I leave appointments with heads shaking.

Never before have I been given the amount of time Dr. Kaufman gives me to discuss my issues (and they are many). She listens. I feel heard. Her compassion is genuine. She offers helpful advice.

Dr Kaufman is primary care physician for my two daughters. She is probably the best doctor that I have ever had. Highly recommended. Joe Mantle / Ann Arbor MI
