Amanda Lantow, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and highly skilled psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Relief Mental Health in Rockford, IL. Specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, insomnia, and more, Amanda is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges that impact their mental health.

With a focus on medication management for adolescents (ages 12 and older) and adults, and providing SPRAVATO® for adults (18 and older), Amanda brings specialized insight and proficiency to her practice. She is adept at tailoring treatment plans to address the unique needs of each individual, minimizing side effects and maximizing the effectiveness of medications. In addition, Amanda specializes in the evaluation and management of psychiatric medication for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other diagnoses and provides personalized treatment plans for patients.
