Dr Fader listens AND hears what is being communicated, answers questions directly, and provides a supportive calm. My surgery resulted in minimal discomfort and quick healing. Her associates and staff were supportive and easy to work with. I am continuing my care with Dr Fader.

After learning I was diagnosed with stage 4 gyn cancer reoccurance Dr Fader was not supportive in any way. I am floored at the positive reviews left by her patients, as my experience was absolutely opposite.

When it was found that I had a large mass in my abdomen, a dear friend who is a physician helped me locate the best gynecological oncologist. He recommended Dr Amanda Nickles Fader. I had the fortune of being under the care of Dr Fader recently for what turned out to be cancer. I will be forever grateful for her care and surgical skill. From the first appointment and through post-surgical appointments with Dr Fader, I have felt her compassion and kindness. She took time to explain to me and my husband every step of the process leading up to and after my surgery. Dr Fader performed surgery to remove my tumors during which she discovered that I had a rare cancer, not gynecological in origin. During the surgery, she called in another surgical oncologist that specializes in my type of cancer. I am now under his care. After Dr Fader removed my tumors, she and her nurse repeatedly called me to see how I was recovering. I was so impressed that she took the time to call me during the weeks… following my surgery and the amount of time she spent with me during post-surgery appointments. I feel that she really cares about her patients. She has asked me to keep in touch and let her know how my next step goes and how I’m doing. I believe Dr Fader is a highly skilled surgeon and an incredibly compassionate doctor.

I underwent a laparoscopy with Dr. Fader and the outcome was excellent. I had two tiny cuts, healing was quick and I was walking 4 days after the surgery. I was off the pain medication a week later. I contributed my speedy recovery to Dr. Fader’s unsurpassed experience and skills. She was very kind and understanding too. The only concern I had was the super long waiting period for office visits. One time I waited for 2 hours to be seen and the visit was about 10 minutes. However, since I was looking for the best surgeon out there. She was my number one choice. If you are looking for an outstanding OBGYN surgeon I highly recommend Dr. Fader. Her skills, expertise and knowledge in her field were outstanding.

Doctor's found a very large mass on my ovary. It was a pretty terrifying situation but Dr. Fader definitely made the process better. She was extremely caring and very clear with everything.

I was diagnosed 3.5 years ago with metastatic Ovarian Cancer. When I met Dr. Fader, she immediately explained the results of my cat scan and right away recommended surgery. She has, in my opinion, become my angel. Not only was she extremely skilled in her surgical profession, but also she had this amazing bedside manner and I felt that she truly cared and was completely compassionate with my every need. Even though the surgery was very long and difficult (11 hrs.) due to some complications, Dr. Fader assured me that everything went well and that she was able to remove all of the cancer that she could see with her human eye. Her staff, department team, and nurses were all professional and very caring. I can't say enough positive things being under Dr. Fader's care. I feel so grateful for everything she has done and continues to do for me. Without a doubt, Dr. Fader is the BEST and I would highly recommend her without any hesitation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fader’s for the past six years. At the age of 26, I was diagnosed with an uncommon ovarian cancer. Dr. Fader took over my treatment from my gynecologist and developed a comprehensive treatment plan for me. There are a handful of occasions I recall that I emailed her in the middle of the night or on a weekend, and she responded right away. When I had an unexpected reoccurrence (my tumor marker was within a normal range), Dr. Fader consulted with other oncologists across the country to identify the best treatment options. She is a highly skilled and dedicated surgeon and oncologist. Although Dr. Fader’s skills are remarkable, it’s really her bedside manner that distinguishes her from other health care… providers. She listens closely to patient concerns and has a holistic approach to cancer treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Fader. She will provide the highest quality treatment without compromising bedside manner.

Dr. Fader was the warmest surgeon I've ever met. Getting a cancer diagnosis was scary, but Dr. Fader was comforting the whole time and alleviated a lot of my worries. She explained everything in a way I could understand. During my surgery Dr. Fader checked in with my family and patiently answered all the questions they had about how the procedure went. Not only was I very satisfied with Dr. Fader herself, she also had a great team who were kind and helpful. Everyone made this scary time go as smoothly as possible for me and I am very grateful.
