She’s a great doctor kind will explain all procedures too you in great detail

First off she’s beyond rude. She rushes the whole thing. I asked her two simple questions. She gave me a guessed answered before I even finished talking. Then she goes to do my cervical exam and shoves one finger, I tell her to stop. She gets a little annoyed and tells me to relax and lower my pelvis to the table. This time she shoved two fingers and I’m yelling at her to stop and that it hurts. She keeps pushing her fingers in, after three times when I had to yell profanities at her she walks away with an attitude and stands against the counter and tells me I can sit up, mind you I’m 39 weeks pregnant and she’s impatiently waiting. She basically tells me I should go have sex instead. AFTER I told her I haven’t in months and AFTER I had told her I was uncomfortable during my last cervical exam. She just walked out of the room.

I feel dr. Phillips is not a great physician and after what happened to me i will be letting every one know what a horrible doctor she is. I'm talking to radio station, boards lawyers anyone that would listening. I been suffering for months with no relief and hate that i ever let her perform surgery on me. No compassion as a doctor especially when she screwed up then going have nerve say she was praying for me if you would have performed my surgery better then no need to have prayed about something you did. I'm learning I'm not the only one you messed up and we are taking the legal action best believe.

I used to see Dr Phillips until last year when she messed up on my surgery and altered my life forever. I went in for a simple surgery which ended up into two surgeries with multiple issues which i am still dealing with and hurting from. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever go under surgery with her care. She has yet to apologize or show any compassion toward my problems. I'm suffering now fro so many bills due to her incompetent. I cry still today wishing i would have let anyone else perform my procedure. Its bad when you trust you life to someone and they cause you more problems when you never had any. Please never let her be you provider. Poor does not describe her unprofessional and unethical is more like it.

Doctors should listen to their patients!!! Dr. Phillips was rude and she talked so loud ( as do the rest of the staff) I could hear other patients issues so I'm sure they could hear mine!!! She asked me why I would date someone 20yrs my senior like I was a child. She needs a lesson in professionalism ASAP...

This office has always met my expectations. Dr. Phillips is knowledgeable and courteous. She takes time to answer my questions and I do not feel rushed. Staff is friendly and prompt.

Dr. Phillips talks down to patients and even when delivering bad news acts non chalant. When you come to her with a concern she acts bothered and annoyed. That practice has other great doctors that I prefer to visit.

I went to this doctor because someone recommended me to her. she spent about 5 minutes with me and was very non chalant about my previous miscarriages. she acted like it wasnt a big deal until after you have 3of them. how rude! I did not feel happy leaving here and wil not be returning. she told me I would have an appointment 2weeks later but they gave me an appointment 3weeks and 2days later. which didnt make me feel good at all about that.
