Dr. Ribbeck took the time to listen to my problems and worked closely with me over many months to get me feeling better. She arranged for my surgery and scheduled to see me in followup shortly afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly. She even called me after hours to check in. She communicated directly to my other doctors, keeping them informed about the plans. I am thankful that she is my heart doctor.

Dr. Ribbeck doesn't mess around. She immediately took control of my cardiac care. She expects her patients to be compliant and work with her to get the situation resolved. She explains the diagnosis well and works well with my other doctors. After two previous unsuccessful hospital stays prior to seeing Dr. Ribbeck, she sent me back into the hospital and came in each day to consult. She ordered fluid drainage, which they had not done in either of the previous hospital stays and there was immediate relief followed by additional fluid elimination. Thank you, Dr. Ribbeck!

Although Dr. Ribbeck was very nice, the office atmosphere was like a factory - loud, hurried, impersonal. I only found out the diagnosis of my testing when my insurance sent an email; no follow up, poor communication, very disappointing.
