Dr. Rostkowski was the first provider to acknowledge to me that have endometriosis stinks and it's hard. She did not brush it off with a "women have pain sometimes" and that made me so appreciative I almost cried. She listens to me and my concerns at each visit and together we work towards a management plan. She makes me feel like my thoughts and ideas about my care are valid. I am so grateful I found her.
