Dr. Amanda Dawn Ryan, DO

Dr. Ryan has been totally excellent with my issues. I see her frequently d/t my condition and I trust her fully. She is open and honest and very skilled at what she does. I like her staff as well. She is frequently pulled out of her office to attend a patient at the hospital, as she is an interventionalist and the only one in Carlsbad that does what she does. I do understand the situation well as she has performed several interventions on myself and I have been very fortunate to have her. I also am an RN, and I realize what she is dealing with. She is excellent, and we are very lucky to have her in our small town.

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Ryan. She is very attentive and very professional. I have personally witnessed her in action and saw her help save a persons life in the hospital.

I was put in sa hot stuffy room for over an hour with the door closed. Dr Ryan wasn't even in her office. Her staff failed to tell me that. After almost an hour I ooened the door & asked where she was. Was told she would be back in10-15 minutes. I was so angry. These Dr's in Carlsbad think that their Gods & fail to realize that patients have lives outside of drs visits. I am gonna start sending them a bill for my time when this happens! I left & was never asked if I wanted to reschedule or would I like too continue to wait. Her staff just watch me leave. Don't thjnk I'll see her again...very poor service!

Doctor Ryan and her staff was amazing. Doctor Ryan staff and surgery team were very professional during and after the procedure. Highly recommend Doctor Ryan knowledge and expertise to Carlsbad residents. Thank you so much
