Summary
Amanda Stenberg, nurse practitioner, has always wanted to help people. Before starting her nursing career, she worked in a factory and while she was actively using her body, she was not using her mind like she wanted.
“A friend who was a nurse talked to me about how she thought I would be good at it," Stenberg said. “That inspired me to go back to school."
She received her Master of Science in nursing degree from Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner.
She joined Marshfield Clinic Health System first as a registered nurse in the hospital at Marshfield Medical Center-Eau Claire. Now as an internal medicine provider, she's enjoying the rewarding change.
She looks forward to getting to know her patients on a deeper level and how she is impacting their health moving forward.
