I have worked in healthcare for more than 20 years. I was an ER/Trauma RN since 2012 and have been a Nurse Practitioner since 2019.
Describe your clinical specialties.
I specialize in Family Medicine — promoting health and wellness and disease prevention — using a holistic approach where appropriate. I have extensive experience in many acute and chronic health conditions as well as weight loss.
What is your patient care philosophy?
I treat my patients like they are family. I listen to them and encourage them to be an advocate in their own healthcare. I educate my patients and share my knowledge and experience so they are able to make their own informed decisions.
What would you like people to know about you as physician/provider?
I am human too, and I never lose sight of that.
What do you enjoy most about working with patients?
I am dedicated to developing down-to-earth relationships with my patients and celebrating their …health victories with them.

I believe my knowledge and experience in health promotion and disease prevention helps patients live a longer and healthier life.
What are some interesting facts about you?
I traveled around the country working COVID crisis response through the Department of Defense. My pasta sauce is top tier, I'm a self-proclaimed sommelier, and I no longer kill plants!
