WE HAVE SEEN THE PICTURES OF DOGS BEING SICKED ON BLACK PEOPLE. WHEN YOU CALL THE POLICE AND THEN LIE TO THE COURTS YOU ARE MAKING THE POLICE DO A DISHONEST JOB. YOU ARE SCARING PEOPLE INTO FEAR THAT THEY CANNOT LEAVE THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE YOU CALLED THE POLICE BUT THEN YOU LIE. IN MY CASE SHE CALLED THE POLICE HER COWORKER SAID "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS ME AND [OFFICER CHEN] HAVE CHILDREN THAT SPEAK ENGLISH WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS YOU WONT EVEN COME TO WORK TOMMOROW]. THEN SHE LIED AND GAVE FALSE TESTIMONY ABOUT ME AND SAID IT CAME FROM MY MOTHER SHE EVEN SAID MY MOTHER SAID I WAS ABNORMAL BECAUSE I WAS SPEAKING ABOUT THE [INSERT RELGIOUS BOOK] BECAUSE SHE HEARD ME TELL THE POLICE I WAS AN ALTAR SERVER AND THAT I DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON SO SHE COULD HAVE THAT BE USED AGAINST ME MY RELGION. STOP STEEEEEEAAAAALLIIIIIIIINNGGGGGG AND COMMITTTING FRRRRRAAAAAAAAUUUUDUDDDDDDD. I EMAILED METHODIST EXECS AS SOMEONE TOLD ME TO DO AND I LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU ARE THE NUMBER ONE REASON IM ON REDDIT TALKING TO OTHERS ABOUT METHODIST AND LETTING THEM KNOW THEY CAN REPORT THE ABUSE TO THE DOJ, OIG, ETC... Your Completely a liar and it is my right to leave reviews for lying nurses and doctors if they infringe on my freedoms or rights. You wrote about me "constantly speaking about the (insert religious book)" and diagnosed me as hyper religious. This is a violation of my freedom of religion and my right to practice my religion anyway I want. My religion has nothing to do with my hospital visit but you made it such. REMEMBER 1945 theres a reason we dont use religion to make others cry or their families cry!!!! She also wrote in her chief complaint "thinks he has cancer" and then diagnosed me with a neoplasm (which is a cancerous tumor). This nurse is COMPLETELY LIES she lied throughout my medical records she would say things I did not say and give false testimony attributing it to my mother who had come to pick me up from the emergency room. She even used my religion to send me to the behavioral center and noted things about my religious beliefs and practices. She LIES. The last people who used religion to send people to "behavioral centers" all faced finally faced trials at Nuremburg. Im excited to finally get justice and tell the world of this nurses behavior and her true colors when she uses religion to discriminate against people and take away and restrict their civil rights. She brings the government into peoples religion which is violating peoples freedom of religion. REMEMBER 1945... Theres a reason we dont use religion to put people down!!! This nurse is nothing but a no good liar who seeks to separate people. Pit fights against people. Cause problems and trouble to people. Your lies in my medical records and how those lies you made up contradicted the certificate of medical examination for mental illness you helped create the following day after sending me away with the police and seeing me only once. Your a liar. You materially ommitted important information. MATERIAL OMISSION IS JUST LIKE LYING. Hopefully one of these good people can explain to you why lying about someone having a neoplasm or noting it and noting they are lying about having cancer can be an issue because even there you contradict yourself. What if that person doesnt have money to go to the hospital or they dont trust staff because of your lies and contradiction on their medical records and lying and filing a false certificate of medical examination for mental illness. These arent things you use to play pranks or games on other people. You have alot of HATRED and ANGER and disgusting emotions in you. You MATERIALLY OMIT and PROVE yourself as a liar. This nurse gave my religion to the court to be used against me. She took notes on my medical records and then called the police on me to have them take me to a behavioral center. The following day when she helps craft the certificate of medical examination for mental illness to give to the court she changes/contradicts/adds on/fabricates those notes she took the previous night and makes up things to put on that certificate that is given to the court to decide whether to detain a patient in the hospital. She does this to try to prove to the patient that they don't matter and that their medical records dont matter and to exert a false sense of power and superiority over them. She even wrote on my medical records that "thinks he has cancer" (which I never mentioned) then she writes on my medical records he has a neoplasm which is a cancerous tumor as one of my diagnoses. Imagine doing these cruel acts to someone who can't afford going to the hospital telling them they are lying about… having cancer and then putting on their medial record they have a cancerous tumor. Or imagine using your profession to give false testimony towards a patient telling the court they are dangerous because of their religious beliefs in order to give the psychiatrists and nurses who will see this patient after you permission to disturb the patients religious beliefs and use them against them in case they bring them up in any fashion. (Imagine doing this because you heard the patient say they were an altar server and lying that their mother was the one complaining about their religion so that they cant try to leave the behavioral center by bringing up their religious beliefs. ) That is really evil in my opinion. Imagine doing this to someone 10 years younger than you. Imagine costing them 9 days of their freedom and more than $25,000 by being a liar.

This nurse would lie and use my religion to send me to a behavioral center. We learned about this type of stuff in school and the endless suffering it caused others and the trauma a lot of people suffer from because of religion being used to send people to places like "behavioral centers". She even lied that it came from my mother so as she would'nt be questioned and refused to come to the hearing because she would immediately have been cross examined on her lies and inconsistencies and contradictions on her notes and the certificate she helped create. Ive made it my Job to ensure the police, fbi and law enforcement know about her actions. Ive also just gone ahead and reached out to insurance investigators for every single company with my evidence so when they do have to deal with something as serious as a patients religious beliefs being used to send them to a sort of center. They will automatically have a response for her that will include legal consequences for lying about… others and providing false testimony.

In my opinion this nurse LOVES using the police to intimidate people and loves giving false testimony to the courts to falsely imprison people and refuses to go to their hearings when they are falsley accused because of what she says because after all (she doesnt want anyone to cross examine her) it would be revealed she was lying. She loves making people feel bad in my opinion. I put all her notes in ChatGPT found the contradictions and inconsistencies and sent them to the Police, FBI, DOJ, Insurance Investigators(important), Nursing board, The hospital that currently employs her, Texas Health and human services, and other oversight boards for hospitals.

Wasn't listened to. No adequate communication. Didn't feel appreciated.
