Dr. Yancy is a wonderful physician. She's knowledgeable and spends enough time with her patients.

The best Dr. you will ever have!!! She sets the bar against which all other medical professionals should be measured.

Dr. Yancy and her staff were highly professional!! There was a wait but it was well WORTH it. She was very patient and caring. Gentle pap smear was administered & I even got to speak with her personally for my test results!! That alone makes her exceptional I will definitely recommend her to friends & family.

I chose Dr. Yancy because her office was close to my work and they were the first place that took my insurance. I needed a annual check up done, and also had a very serious issue that needed resolving. I'm not sure if it was because I was a new patient or not, but I had to wait an hour for a room and then 20 minutes more to be seen. This I could handle, what I could not handle was how she rushed through our appointment, and didn't seem to read any of the paperwork I had filled out. She almost left after she had finished the annual, and I had to stop her to ask about my problem. I feel that she didn't quite have the right knowledge for the issue that I had and instead of really trying to help she told me something reasonable just to get to her other patients that were waiting. Making the appointment was the easiest, where it's never difficult (ease of appointment 4). The staff was courteous, but either didn't understand me or hear a word I said to where there was confusion… (Courteous Staff 4). The doctor rushed through our appointment (bedside manner 2 stars) hurting me quite a bit for the pap smear sample (which still hurts) and didn't seem to have the time for me although I was on time (Spends time with me 2). So, 2 Stars overall, because after that experience and still with an unresolved issue, and added lady pain, She really didn't do what I really needed from her. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to find another doctor who can listen to my issue and actually resolve and properly diagnose it, because even though I don't know what it is, I know that it's actually serious and needs treatment.

I've been a patient of her's for 8 years now and I love her. She's knowledgeable and excellent. She's very patient, and she follows up when necessary.
