Dr. Pal is personable however he tends to be preoccupied and jokes a bit too much. He doesn't actively listen - typing away on laptop and not looking at you as he sits as far away from patient as possible. He'd be way more effective is he slowed down and took his patients serious & asked more questions. This staff IS THE WORST! If a fax doesn't go through they dont care and you end up calling back and checking on them over and over. Scripts are never called in and messages never passed to doctor and PA's. You can be the smartest doctor out there but if you don't run a tight ship, you're sunk. You've been warned...

Dr. Pal was very wonderful. He listened to me and treated me like I've been seeing him for years, but I only saw him 2x in the hospital and once in the office. His accent isn't strong; he can understand him. He ask questions; didn't seem distracted, and was very personable. I'm happy he's my primary :)

One of the best doctors in WNY. He is friendly, knowledgeable and takes care of his patients, If I have a cold he takes you ASAP. Highly recommend

Recently switched my primary care to Dr. Pal's office, as we had recently moved into this area. I had started my search a new primary nearly a year ago as I have a rare autoimmune disease that needs thorough understanding & unique care. Dr. Pal came to me as a recommendation from several professional sources and a few close personal contacts. And after several appointments during the first 6 months, I can honestly say that Dr. Pal has not disappointed!

I'm very impressed with Dr. Pal and he made my elderly mother feel wonderful about her visit and her health care. Lovely office, easy to find location, polite staff and a good-natured, happy and relaxed docttor. VERY IMPRESSED.
