The doctor herself answered and hung up on me after telling me to use a online platform to schedule. Seriously? That’s how a new patient is treated? No greeting. No goodbye, have a nice day. Wow. It wasn’t a mistake. I told her why I was calling. Very bad manners.

Dr. Bashir is the best kind of doctor, she listens to you, is compassionate, accessible, easy to get in with, follows-up, and most importantly is very knowledgeable and effective as as a provider. She has taken excellent care of my daughter and I, and always makes us feel that we are her top priority. We know she genuinely cares about the comfort and wellbeing of her patients and trust her implicitly. I highly, highly recommend her.

I discontinued care with Dr. Bashir after she called on the weekend to yell at me for a billing mistake done by her office.

This was my first visit to the Legacy Medical Group Raleigh Hills as my wife and I recently relocated to the Portland, OR area and I wanted to establish a regular doctor in the area. The Legacy Raleigh Hills staff were pleasant and made a great first impression. Dr. Bashir was very patient and kind while we discussed my medical history and needs. I definitely would recommend her and the folks at Legacy to anyone.

It was my first visit, I just relocated to Portland area from Tempe AZ. I needed a Primary Care Physician in the local area. I'm sure Dr. Bashir will take excellent care of me in the future.

I originally scheduled an appointment with my regular doctor, but I had a pressing concern I wanted to address right away and she was not available. I appreciate the team finding a way and time to get me in right away and Dr. Bashir seeing me. It turned out not to be a serious issue, but I wasn't sure if it was or not and was glad to have to peace of mind, instead of feeling anxious while waiting for my doctor to be available.

It was all good. Short wait, pleasant people, and good conversation with doctor about my health.

Dr. Bashir was wonderful! I am currently retired and traveling with my husband. In the past 3 years I have had 3 primary care physicians. I am ready to say that I have found a home at Legacy at Raleigh Hills due to Dr. Bashir. She was warm and caring. A wonderful bedside manner! She looked me in the eye and made me feel comfortable answering the questions she had. When she asked the questions she looked at me, listened (truly listened) to my answers then she typed the info into the computer. The appointment wasn't rushed. She made me feel as if I had all the time I needed. She was thorough. I was extremely happy with my experience from start to finish. Thank you for making me feel as if I wasn't just a number.
