Dr. Amar Manoj Amin, MD

Easily the worst customer service I have received from any doctors office. I went to Vascular Interventional Partners in West Covina with high hopes and they completely failed me. I was literally lying on an operating table when my appointment was cancelled. It was re-scheduled and on the day of the appointment it was cancelled again due to a surgical tech calling in sick with no backup! How can you run a doctor's office like this? Then when I try to reschedule, the office manager Jackie acts annoyed saying "we will call you when we have an update." When I call back a week later to follow up, they still have no update. These people are infuriating! After 7 months of waiting for them to treat me I have given up. I will find a doctor's office that knows how to follow up with patients properly.

Dr. Amin is a very down to earth, and caring Doctor, he did my procedure and I am pleased with his overall professional service.

Dr. Amin saved my feet. my foot was blue and had ulcers on them. The ulcers are now healed. Thank God i came to see him. The staff are great too and treated me good. I highly recommend him.
