Apathetic and disinterested in the concerns or care of his patients. Has near negligent disregard for pursuing the healthcare plan established during hospitalization. Fails to acknowledge or willfully ignores patient requests for follow up.

Getting in for our initial appointment was a little longer then i would have preferred even though we were referred by another gastroenterologist. So our 1st experience in meeting Dr Deshpande was in an emergency situation and he provided the best information with a clear and concise diagnosis. Always took the time to answer our questions and there were many. He provided us with the best information and we never felt anything that was going to be done was anyone else's decision other then ours. he gave us options but the best option at the time was clear to us and he saw to it that everything would move forward without delay. He has excellent staff and "Olga" is the best!

Can't say enough good things. Dr. Deshpande is smart, articulate, has an excellent bedside manner, and takes the time to accurately relay not only his opinions on treatment options, but the rationale behind those decisions. Office staff is very helpful and does a good job coordinating care.
