Grace Amara Otuokere, PMHNP-BC

Grace Otukere, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults. She specializes in medication management and advanced treatments for patients who have not seen meaningful progress with medication or therapy alone, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO® (esketamine). Grace treats individuals with OCD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses, developing individualized treatment plans that support long-term stability and well-being.

Grace has broad clinical experience working with diverse patient populations, including medically complex pediatric patients and individuals from underserved communities. She takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach and works closely with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, thoughtful mental health care.
