Had an excellent experience with Dr. Mann and his nurse/PA. Had tried to manage my cholesterol with statins for years but couldn't tolerate the symptoms. He and his nurse/PA went to bat (several rounds) for me with my insurance company. Eventually, I received authorization for a drug that would have cost hundreds each month without insurance.

Good guy, pretty friendly and has a great nurse. Doctor was pretty dismissive towards me after some basic tests though and ended up overlooking a condition i was later diagnosed with.

No bedside manners, does not follow up when he says he will. Doesn't seem to care for patients or their time only his. Would not recommend.

This Dr. challenges all medical -legal boundaries. Should not practice medicine with such disregard for patient needs.
