My family has been seeing Dr.Patel for some time now and there’s nothing negative I can say. He is an extremely kind Dr and is very knowledgeable. When referring specialists to his patients he always refers top docs, him being one himself. I can’t speak on his responseness to emails because I’ve only called the office. If I ever left a message after hours I always heard back. He’s very professional too. His wait times tend to be a little longer but if you really know him it’s because he takes his time with his patients and listens to them to understand their needs. And if you really need to see him and you’re a regular patient he will always squeeze you in. We don’t mind the wait for exceptional care . Would you ? Dr Patel isn’t even in my preferred network of Drs and paying the extra copay to me is worth it, especially when you’re getting good care.

I have been going to Dr. Patel since he took over my previous Dr's patients ( Dr. Marone). Dr. Patel takes time with his patients which is why there is often a short wait to see him. He is interested in not only your health but your life in general. He is very personable and easy to talk to so you are comfortable relaying any health concerns you are experiencing. This office is very busy but the staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. They may appear brusque sometimes because they are handling a lot of phone calls, appointments, referrals, etc. My husband and I have great faith in Dr. Patel and his staff.

I have been seeing Dr Patel for about 15 years. He is an excellent doctor .He always addresses my concerns. He is very easy to talk to.

Very good at what he does. He takes time to see/ talk to the patient, not just about why they are there but how they have been and what is new with them. Always enjoy my visits with Dr. Patel he truly is the best!

I live close to the facility and was referred by a Filipino friend. I'm seeing him for more than 2 years. Pros: Easy to get an appointment or even you can walk-in sometime. Friendly and listens to what you say. Cons: After I changed my primary care physician to Dr. Patel, I'm noticing all my annual health checkups are comparatively more compared with my earlier years as well as my spouse. The staffs are rude and they see all possible ways to make money for the facility. I feel he refers me to several lab tests unnecessarily. I'm discontinuing my service with Dr.Patel.
