If you like control over your Personal healthcare, this is not the practice for you. I experienced incompetency from the Front desk, to the office staff, to the lab technicians all the way to the doctor herself. This practice was consistently rescheduling my existing appointments due to the doctor’s repeated arising conflicts. They struggle to refill prescriptions with the pharmacy I’ve been with for 23 years, causing a two month lapse due to their rescheduling needs. They misfiled insurance claims, both charging for procedures never performed and miscoding the ones existing to take half a year to solve. attempt to schedule unnecessary testing and medical procedures with no prior indication of need. But worst of all, is my experience with Dr. Amber Glenn herself and her unwillingness to listen to my concerns. She steamrolled over me for lack of a better term Insisting on her very rigid ideas, in spite of prior experience, knowledge of my own body, history, lifestyle and allergies. NO

I will never recommend anyone to Dr. Glenn she will bogusly bill you insurance provider. Amber billed my insurance provider procedure code 99213 as a problem-oriented evaluation office visit. I never went in her office stating that I had a problem of any kind and she billed my insurance under a bogus visit. If she is your doctor please make sure you are reading your bill and checking to make sure she is billing your insurance claim correctly. I question her about the visit and she refuse to sent in a corrected claim I wasn't there to be evaluated for any problems. Don't trust her she will bogusly send your insurance provider a incorrect claim. Lesson learned for me and I'm no longer a patient of her want to be honest person, thank you for exposing the real you to me. Just wait and it will happen to you like it did to me.
