Amber Jones, APRN-CNP

Amber Jones, APRN-CNP, specializes in sleep medicine at Oklahoma Heart Institute (OHI) hospital. “I chose sleep medicine because we spend about 1/3 of our lives sleeping, so it is vital that we get the healthiest rest possible,” she said. Amber describes working in sleep medicine as a journey and she wants to help patients not only achieve their goals with the knowledge and tools she can provide, but the motivation and support as well. When it comes to staying healthy, she likes to remind everyone, especially her patients, that “small changes can add up to big results.” Amber has years of experience working as a nurse practitioner, ranging from nearly five years in family medicine to 13 years in the NICU at Hillcrest Medical Center.
