Dr. Amber Kaur Mahal, MD

Called to make an appointment for a physical check-up, as a new patient. Was told that I couldn’t get a physical until I made an introductory appointment for a “meet and greet” with the doctor first — a ridiculous requirement that I have encountered anywhere else before. But I went ahead and made my first appointment, weeks in advance, and arrived a few minutes early to fill out forms etc. Was then kept waiting a full hour before this “meet and greet” and was confronted rudely when, after 45 minutes of waiting, I asked if anyone was coming to attend to me. Horribly run office.

My latest appointment was for 4:14pm to receive results of pancreas problems. I waited until after 5:30pm to be seen with no definitive answers. I was extremely upset. Pancreas is no joking matter. I have now had a sonogram and an MRI. No answers. I am very upset.

I liked when Vivian worked there but every time I go in like every time honestly they can never tell me what's wrong with me idk If im being profiled or what but her nurse assistant is always so rough with me even taking my blood pressure she just throws my arms like its a toy or something she swabbed my throat and was standing sideways barley even touched my throat. They said I don't have strep but it hurts to swallow and I have white stuff in my throat the doctor said it was food. I have been sick over a week and they just told me to gargal with salt water as I have been for the past week.

Dr. Mahal prescribed antidepressants to my 17 year old daughter after meeting her for THE FIRST TIME, not knowing any of her health history or her mental state. Very disappointing and appalling for a DOCTOR to be so quick to write a prescription for anti-drug induced depressants to a patient with no knowledge of their health history or follow-up care!!! Will not recommend this doctor to anyone or return!!

I love this office, the office staff is just wonderful. Very courteous and nice. I often have to call to check on my appt and they never are anything but friendly. When im a doctors office i tend to listen to office staff and see how they are with phone calls and patients and im very impressed by this office.

The entire staff is wonderful, they all talk and joke like they are a family. I enjoyed the lightness they brought to the office, it took my mind off my worries. The doctor was very kind and he has a great personality. Thank you

The front office was very unorganized. The docor, she really made up for the lack of organization up front. I would recommend him to friends and family!
